7 sweet dinner rolls
1 box (1 pound, 14 ounces) cinnamon swirl coffee cake mix
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour 10-cup Bundt pan. Slice 1 inch off tops of rolls and tear tops into 1-inch pieces; set aside. Place bottoms of rolls, cut sides up, in prepared pan.
In large bowl, combine coffee cake batter mix, water, oil and 2 eggs. Beat until well blended. Pour half of batter over rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon swirl packet from coffee cake mix. Pour remaining batter over rolls. Whisk remaining egg, milk and sugar in another bowl to blend. Add reserved roll tops to milk mixture; set aside until milk mixture is absorbed. Pour roll top mixture over cake batter in pan. Swirl batters together with a skewer.

1 package (16 ounces) Jimmy Dean Fresh Breakfast Sausage, Maple flavor
1/4 cup Hungry Jack microwave ready regular syrup
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 1/2 cups dry herb stuffing mix
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
1 (17 1/4-ounce) package package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
2 egg whites, beaten
1 tablespoon water
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation
Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, combine sausage, syrup, eggs, green onions, apples and stuffing mix. Set aside.
Roll out each pastry to an 18 x 12-inch rectangle. Place pastries on large, ungreased cookie sheets. Spoon half sausage mixture down center of each pastry.
Make 3-inch cuts at 1-inch intervals on sides of
pastries. Fold one strip at a time, alternating sides, until the filling is enclosed. Fold both ends under to seal. Beat egg whites and water together; brush mixture over braids. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6 ounces (canned in water or pouched) chunk light or chunk white tuna
1 medium tomato
3 tablespoons milk
6 eggs
Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
2 slices (about 2 ounces) Swiss cheese
Preparation
Preheat broiler. Drain canned tuna until all liquid is removed.
Place tuna in a bowl; flake into small pieces with a fork. Cut tomato into quarters; scrape with a small spoon to remove seeds and soft pulp. Chop into 1/2-inch pieces. Whisk milk into eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in flaked tuna and chopped tomato.
Spray a 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate or shallow casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in egg mixture; cover with plastic or lid, microwave on high for 90 seconds. Carefully remove plastic, stir the egg mixture with a fork.
