A delicious recipe from my country. A Mediterranean pleasure. Bread, olive oil, tomato and garlic. Simple but delicious. A wonderful side and a brilliant way of preparing bread for a sandwich. This means that you can eat it just like that or using the preparation of Pan con Tomate to make your favourite sandwich. Let’s start.

Ingredients:

Your favourite bread, baguettes, ciabatta… But do not use just regular white bread.
Ripe tomatoes
Some cloves of garlic
Some extra virgin olive oil
Some salt to taste

Not much, is it? It is enough, believe me. Just that. Do not add anything else.
We just have to cut the bread. Do it in the way you prefer. Bear in mind that we will have to rub the tomato on the bread.
Once you have the bread ready, cut some tomatoes in half and rub them on the bread. You will do the same with the cloves of garlic. Cut them in half and rub them on your pieces of bread. Chop more garlic and add the little pieces of garlic to the bread.
And finally, add some extra virgin…

I really need some help. I saw a video on the P.E.T.A about how they slaughter animals and I thought, it’s amazing how people can be so cruel as to watch and make the poor animals suffer… I thought about how I ate them for 13 years… So I’m going to try to become vegetarian.. I also heard in ways it is a lot healthier then diets with meat.. but anyway, any good recipes and tips on making the transition? also, my parents and my brother probably will still eat meat, and we can’t afford a lot of expensive meat substitutes and other stuff… and how do I tell them that I want to become vegetarian? they will probably ask me why, and I will tell them about the videos I saw… they will probably say how do you plan to stay healthy without meat?
In a nutshell this is what I’m asking:
tips on how to make the switch easier
vegetarian recipes
how to tell my parents
are…

Hello, so i need some help trying to make fried chicken (kfc, poppeyes’, roscoes, churches) i have seen a few videos on youtube and read a few recipes online but i cant figure out some things. 1st, when you coat the chicken is it better to do with with flour or bread crumbs? and what can you do it have it stick to the chicken, because sometimes when you put it in the oil, alot fo the coating falls off. 2nd, the coating takes faster to cook than the inside of the chicken, what is it to do for you not to burn the coating and have it golden while the chicken is cook too. 3 how does the inside of the chicken cook if its covered in coating, and is it better to use a regular pot with oil or a deep frier?
