I made Pancit yesterday for dinner and i followed a youtube video for the recipe. I sauteed garlic, scallions, ground pork, salt, pepper ans soy sauce. The added cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and celery. Removed all that warmed up some chicken broth, put noodles in until soft then added everything back in and pan fried in some oil until light brown then added more soy.
It just didn’t come out as good as others I tasted. What’s the secret??
